There is no better way to experience a new culture than to immerse yourself in its traditional fare. This was a plate of grilled sardines at a Spanish tapas cafe that I timidly nibbled all the way down to the bones- and I'm pretty sure it was eye-balling me the whole time. Yummy but creepy!
